Steve’s Journey to Faith and Leadership
Steve has been an entrepreneur for 30 years, but it was only in the last 15 that God gave him a heart to see Him move in the workplace. His path to purposeful leadership began when he was first introduced to C12. Seeking to honor God through his work, he embarked on two transformative seven-year seasons—first in vocational church ministry and then as the owner of a healthcare management company.
During his time in business, Steve witnessed firsthand how faith-driven leadership could transform an organization. Under his guidance, his company grew from a single location with 25 employees into a thriving enterprise with five locations, 150 employees, and a 95% employee engagement score. Yet, along the way, he encountered many Christian business owners who felt isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure how to live out their God-given calling in their business. This realization sparked a deep desire to walk alongside these leaders and help them both scale and steward their businesses with intention and faith.
In 2023, after experiencing significant personal loss, Steve took a sabbatical in Palm Beach to seek God’s direction. It was during this time that he received a clear vision for a God-sized marketplace movement in South Florida. He and his wife made the bold decision to sell their home, exit their business, and move to Florida in obedience to God’s calling.

His vision for C12 South Florida is to create a tight-knit, authentic community of Christian CEOs and business owners who support one another, grow together, and build businesses that glorify God.
